My only recommendation is to use a major download portal which will give you access to an unlimited number of downloads like: games, movies, themes, background, apps etc. Some portal like Allpspgames charge a small onetime fee which gives access to unlimited amount of downloads without any headaches with the law, viruses or ISP bills. There are also other popular portals which you can research such as PSP blender, but people have been saying bad things about it, like: selection of downloads is tiny and they charge too much for their services.
